Lamin-x Precut kits are custom made for you when you order it! Because of this process, all precut kits require a minimum of 3-5 business days to manufacture and ship out. Universal Covers and Bulk Rolls normally ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed from Monday thru Friday. Orders are normally shipped with a signature confirmation. Product is normally delivered from Monday thru Friday, but may be delivered on a Saturday. Customers are solely responsible to make arrangements to either sign for the order when it shows up, sign "notice left" form, or picking up the package from the local Postal Office.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Please allow at least 2-10 days for domestic delivery of the product after it has been shipped. Any domestic USPS shipments will have a tracking number. While USPS is great for delivering product, they aren't so great for updating their tracking information. So be aware that their tracking status does not necessarily reflect on the true shipping status of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For our "International First Class" shipping customers, delivery can take much longer and current tracking information is pretty much non-existent. International First Class shipments can get stuck at the customs/border for 1-3 weeks before being finally released. Expect your order to finally show up sometime within the next 30 days. While it may take a while for postal service to deliver, they are normally very reliable in getting shipments delivered.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return the product for refund.
Refunds for lighting kits issued in the following manner
- Unopened - 25% restocking fee
- Opened, but non-installed - 25% restocking fee
- Opened, partially installed - 25% for unused product
- A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF USED PARTS
- Shipping is Non-Refundable

Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturers original packaging, and received by Lamin-x Protective Films within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns 30 days from receipt of product. No Exceptions. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! Contact us to receive a return authorization number.
When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Direct claims to the carrier. We package ALL products at the utmost care.
