SHIPPING POLICY:
Lamin-x Precut kits are custom made for you, when you order! Because of this process, all precut kits require a minimum of 2-3 business days to manufacture and package for shipping. Universal Covers and Bulk Rolls normally ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed from Monday thru Friday. Product is normally delivered from Monday thru Friday, but depending on the service selected, may be delivered on a Saturday. Customers are solely responsible to make arrangements to either sign for the order when it shows up, sign "notice left" form, or for picking up the package from the local Postal Office.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Please allow at least 2-10 days for domestic delivery of the product after it has been shipped. Any domestic USPS shipments will have a tracking number. While USPS is great for delivering product, they aren't so great for updating their tracking information. So be aware that their tracking status does not necessarily reflect on the true shipping status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Typically, international orders shipping with USPS First Class service take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive sometimes carrying over into a 5th week. The tracking for this service is also slow to be updated, in most cases after the package has been delivered. This, unfortunately, is the drawback of an economy class shipping service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all customer service options have been explored, you can return the product for refund. A return authorization code is required.

 
Refunds for lighting kits issued in the following manner:
  • Unopened - 25% restocking fee
  • Opened, but non-installed - 25% restocking fee
  • Opened, partially installed - 25% for unused product
  • A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF USED KIT PIECES
  • Shipping is Non-Refundable
Refunds for paint protection kits issued in the following manner:
  • Unopened - 35% restocking fee
  • Opened, but non-installed - 35% restocking fee
  • Opened, partially installed - 35% for unused product
  • A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF USED KIT PIECES
  • Shipping is Non-Refundable

 

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! Contact us to receive a return authorization number. Returned kits must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the original packaging, and received by Lamin-x Protective Films within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns 30 days from receipt of product. No Exceptions. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase with date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted.

When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the package over your signature on the receipt. If you discover a damaged kit after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged products at the time of carrier pickup. Claims to to directed to the carrier.
